The Bridge Hospice in Warkworth, Ontario offers a tranquil, intimate setting where people near end of life receive exceptional care and support. Family are welcomed at any hour. Relieved of the worries of round-the-clock care, hospice residents and their loved ones can make the most of precious time together. We do not charge for our services, and rely on donations and in memoriams to pay vital operational costs.
