orange smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dates, pitted
  • 2 cups of ice cubes (more if you like a thicker smoothie)

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until combined.
