Williamsville East 5K

Please join us for the 4th Annual Williamsville East 5K. The race will take place on Friday May 5, 2017 at 7:00pm and will start and finish in front of Williamsville East High School.

The event is being organized by the Student Council and Link Crew and is open to students, faculty and the general public. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 100 registrants. The committee is in the process of soliciting sponsors and plan to donate net proceeds from the event to Roswell Park Cancer Institute in memory of Dr. James Rusin. More details to follow!

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP
Online registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Race day registration and packet pickup will take place outside the school from 5:30 pm right up until the start of the race at 7:00 pm.

5K Early Registration ............. $20 through 4/27/17
5K Open Registration ............. $23 4/28/17 through 5/3/17
5K Late Registration .............. $25 after 5/3/17

POST RACE CELEBRATION

Join us after the race for a post race celebration including food, snacks, refreshments, music and awards ceremony!

PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking in the main parking lot of the high school.

AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers along with the top male and female 5K runner in each of the following age groups:

14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29. 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69 and 70 and older.

TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Gun start/chip finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
