It's the most Oktoberfest-ive 5K of the season! Kick off the St. Charles Oktoberfest Festival with the 4th Annual Oktoberfest 5K Run and 1-Mile Root Beer Walk through the historic streets of downtown St. Charles! The flat, fast course winds through St. Charles's legendary Main Street and tours the Frenchtown district before leading runners along the Missouri River to a celebratory finish line on the Katy Trail, smack dab in the center of the festival. All participants 21-and-over get a free beer! (It is Oktoberfest, after all.) Proceeds benefit the Disabled Athlete Sports Association. Packet Pick-Up
Packet Pickup available at the Saint Charles Oktoberfest Friday September 25th from 4PM-6PM and 12PM-4PM Saturday, September 26th at the Info Booth. On Sunday September 27th, you can pick up your race packet behind the Hofbrau Tent before the race at 9AM.
(The Info booth is located in Frontier Park by the Katy Depot i.e. the train and building located halfway through the park on the Katy Trail side)
Awards
Awards will be presented to first, second and third place overall finishers. First place female and male finishers will also be given awards in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over.
