Lee's Legacy Run

Online registration is now CLOSED. Early packet pickup will take place Thursday and Friday from 11 AM - 7 PM at DICK'S on Bridford Parkway, Greensboro. Race Day packet pickup and registration will OPEN at 7:30 AM and close at 8:45 AM to allow us to start the 5k Relay at 9:00 AM.

Remembering Lee Rickman...the man who never lost sight of doing big things for the cross. Lee Rickman’s heart was a servant’s heart. He always strived to be a part of something bigger than himself. Lee served as a leader on many mission trips while he was a student, alumni, and faculty member at Wesleyan Christian Academy. While on a mission trip in Jamaica during the summer of 2015, Lee was called home; to leave this earthly world and enter into God’s heavenly kingdom.

WHO:
Please help us carry on Lee’s legacy as we honor him by loving others recklessly for Christ. The proceeds from this year's race will go towards a need-based scholarship for a Wesleyan Christian Academy student and to help establish a scholarship fund at Lee's alma mater, Bryan College. These Christian organizations were an important part of Lee's development and life.

WHAT:
5K Run/Walk, 5k Relay (NEW), and Kids Dash
Online registration will close on November 8th at 8:00 AM. Race packets may be picked up at Dick’s Sporting Goods (Wendover Ave.) on Thursday, November 8th and Friday, November 9th 11 AM - 7 PM.

WHEN:
SATURDAY - November 10th, 2018
5k Team Relay Race - $80 per team (up to 4 people) - 9:00 AM
5K - $25 - 10:00 AM
Kids Dash, 8 & under - $10 - 11:00 am
Awards & Closing Ceremony - 11:15 am

Don’t forget to wear sunscreen and bring a camping chair!
