DON SCOTT MEMORIAL 5K RUN / WALK
Don Scott was a biology teacher, track coach, and a beloved leader at Manhasset High School for 42 years. On November 4 th 2010 he lost his three month battle with colon cancer. The Don Scott Memorial Foundation was founded to make a difference in the fight against colon cancer. The funds raised will be dedicated towards Initiatives including increasing awareness, prevention, outreach, and research. In addition, the foundation will support the needs of the Manhasset High School running sports including an annual student scholarship.
