WOD Run will be a true test of functional fitness as athletes push the limits of their capacity for endurance running by taking on three(3) workouts spaced throughout a 5k.

The workouts will be in true workhorse style:

transporting a load
dragging tires
a sandbag carry

If you are ready to take on a challenge, WOD Run will be a phenomenal competitive experience for which Athletes Unleashed is known for.

Event sign-in and race day registration is at 1730. The first heat will kick off at 1830. Heats of 12 athletes will leave every 10 minutes thereafter.
