This 5k will run alongside the Rappahannock River in historic Fredericksburg will be a great race to look for a PR or just to have fun and give back to a great charity while enjoying this great American holiday.
This is a timed event in support of Team Red, White, & Blue.

*T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before June 22. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
Course:
The 5k course will run alongside the Rappahannock River in historic Fredericksburg.
The 2016 course has been changed (we will no longer be running through the grass field at the beginning).

Packet Pickup
At the event (one hour before the race starts).
Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
Directions to Parking
The race starts and ends in Old Mill Park (2410 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). Parking is within the park.
