Perfect for families, co-workers, beginning triathletes and those that just want to have FUN!
Join as a group or individual for our seventh annual Dirt, Sweat and Beers Mountain Bike Sprint Triathlon at Eagal Lakes Resort in Tracy. This event is for all levels.
Sprint Course - Start with your 400m swim in our clean, private lake where you will exit at the sand beach and transition to an 11 mile bike along the river levee and through scenic farmland with a mix of packed service roads, hills, gravel, and uneven ground. Enter back into the second transition for a 3.1 mile trail run along the scenic San Joaquin River with varying terrain, hills, and habitat.
Awards - Awards three deep in each age division individual; top three teams; overall male/female.
All Participants Receive - FREE Parking, custom event tech shirt, timing chip, swag bag, official race number, raffle prize entry, post race food, fruit, 1 Free beer (over 21) and a rocking good time with DJ Chago.
NEW THIS YEAR! - Kids' Tri Course - Similar to above with distances of 100 yd swim, 3-mile bike and 1-mile run. All participants will receive a cotton race shirt, bib number, finishers medal. Awards will be given to top age category winners
Packet Pickup - Morning of event at Eagal Lakes opening at 6:30 am
Bag Check - There will not be a bag check area. Please lock everything of value in your cars.
Waivers - Complete waiver on line, print and bring day of event. All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
Parking - Parking fees are included in the registration fee. Day of parking FREE
Spectators - Spectators are FREE and encourage to root on their participants! Bring the family and spend the afternoon at the lake. Don't forget your chairs, blankets and suncreen.
NO DOGS, OUTSIDE ALCOHOL, FIREARMS, BBQ's PERMITTED.
Donations - Percentage of proceeds will benefit veterans Ride 2 Recovery. Additional donations may be made on line before completion of registration.
After Party - Post party rocking with music by Chago, food, raffle prizes and beer garden (NO outside alcohol permitted) Bring popups, chairs, blankets, towels and stay for the FUN!
NO Refunds - Event goes on rain or shine. You can transfer your registration to another participant with proper ID
Friday Night Camping - Why stay at a hotel when you can stay and play the night before! Camp with a max of 4 for $50. You MUST RSVP to camp. Please call 209-640-4252
