Great Neck Elementary School PTA Great Strides 5K Road Race and Kid Fun Run
The Great Neck Elementary School PTA in Waterford, CT is hosting the Great Strides Road Race on Sunday, April 2, 2017. The 5K race will begin at 10 a.m. (rain or shine) at Great Neck School located at 165 Great Neck Road, Waterford. The race will be timed by SNERRO. Proceeds will support educational enrichment programs, field trips, classroom supplies, special projects and school activities.
Awards for top runners in each age group and a complimentary t-shirt will be given to the first 100 registrants. The pre-registration cost is $20 and bib distribution will start at 9:00 am on race day. Pre-registration forms are being accepted now until March 31st . On-site registration will be $25. All runners will receive two free entries for raffle prizes. A free kid’s fun run open to children 11 years and under will begin 11:00 am.
