Dog ‘N’ Jog 5K!
We invite you to bring your furry pals, or simply enjoy supporting furry friends looking for a forever home, as we raise money to benefit
The Animal Shelter Society, Inc. and the Muskingum County K-9 Adoption Center.

Enjoy Zane State’s beautiful Collegial Woods and surrounding campus as you and your favorite pup race to see who is top dog! Doggy water stations provided throughout the course, as are complimentary
doo-doo bags.
Finisher Medals for the first 100 people to cross the finish line!
Note that you do not need to have a dog to participate. :)
Also, be sure to bring your wallet to take advantage of available raffles and merchandise purchases. Everyone needs some Wag Swag!
Please note, since this is a charity event, refunds will not be offered. Even if you can't particiapte, the animals in need of a home will come out winners!

Competitive 5k Run (includes shirt* & chip timing) $30.00 ($35.00 on race day and shirt not guaranteed)
Non-Competitive 5k Jog/Walk (includes shirt* but not timed) $30.00 ($35.00 on race day and shirt not guaranteed)
* Please be sure to register for the Non-Competitive category if you do not intend to compete for top finisher prizes. There is a lower cost for the race bib and more profit for the animals. :)
Virtual 5k Race (includes race shirt thru 3/10/22) $35.00 (to cover cost of shipping shirt if registered by 3/10 and medal if 100 are not distrbuted at finish line)
Additional Race Shirt (available thru March 10th only) $15.00 - $20.00 (based on size)

What is a Virtual 5k Race?
A Virtual 5K (or any other virtual race) is a race that you choose to complete where ever and whenever you would like. You can walk, run, or use a treadmill. The beauty of a virtual race is that you can run the race at your pace at your convenience.
* It is not required to report your time. If reporting your virtual race time, you must contact us within two days after the actual race. You will not be eligible for an award and your time will not be listed with the other participants
** You do not attend the actual race. If you would wish attend the race after registering, notify the race day registration table that you were signed up of a virtual race.
