Sponsorship Levels
Gold Sponsor - $500 level
- Have your logo on the packet draw string bag*
- Flier, coupon, business card, small merch provided by the sponsor in the packet bag.*
- Complementary event entry for up to 4 participants (signed waiver still required)!
Silver Level - $250 level
- Have your logo on the packet draw string bag*
- Flier, coupon, business card, small merch provided by the sponsor in the packet bag.*
- Event entry for up to 2 participants (signed waiver still required)!
Bronze Level $50 or more
- Flier, coupon, business card, small merch provided by the sponsor in the packet bag.*
*Sponsorship must be committed/received prior to January 31st to guarantee logo on draw string bags
*Items for drawstring bag are subject to approval and must be recieved by March 31th
Donations will cover the following. Bottled water or other physical items could be donated in lieu of cash donation.
- 200 screen printed drawstring bags $8/each ($1600)
- 200 neckerchiefs $8 each ($1600)
- Bottled Water 25 24 bottle cases ($150)
- Finisher Patches est. 400 at $4 per ($1600)
- 42 Finisher Medals @ 4/each ($170)
- Event DJ ($400)
- Advertising materials/Website ($400)
- Finisher snacks – the value on this will depend on the quality of the snack! Hoping to get a super sponsor or two for this that can give us a salty snack, bananas, bagels, pizza, granola bars.
