T-shirt logo needed is a high resolution .jpg file and must be electronically delivered by 5 May 2025 to HonoringTheLegacy5K@gmail.com.
Business cards and pamphlets must be available for pickup by a troop representative NLT 23 May 2025. A minimum of 150 cards/pamphlets should be provided.
Booths at the race will include a 6’ table and two chairs. Sponsors with booths should arrive at the race no earlier than 7:15am.
